Shipping policy

Pink Havana offers standard and express delivery options. Free standard delivery is offered to all orders over $100 within Australia. The advised delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date the order was placed. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.

Please allow an additional 5 business days for regional delivery.

Due to potential and unexpected delivery disruptions, delays may occur.

If there is an issue with your delivery, we will do our best to ensure it is resolved - however, we cannot make guarantees due to the nature of postal services. 

Pink Havana ships to all countries accepted by Australia Post International Registered post, EMS or DHL Express. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Our team ensures that quality inspection has taken place prior to shipping your order in a signature pouch. If for any unforeseen circumstances your jewellery arrives in a damaged or less than perfect condition, you must notify us within 48 hours.
