Refund policy

Pink Havana offers an exchange or credit note for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items (including the gift box and/or pouch) within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that due to hygiene regulations, Pink Havana does not offer exchanges on Earrings. You are required to pay for postage of items to be returned to us due to a change of mind.

You must contact info@pinkhavana.au to obtain a returns form. Please include the unworn items including the gift box and/or pouch in the return parcel.

We advise obtaining a tracking number with your chosen return freight method. We must receive your returned items within 7 days of receiving your return request. We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.

WARRANTY

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a repair, exchange or refund provided that the following conditions have been met:

Upon receipt of the faulty or damaged item, an assessment will be conducted by our jeweller. Provided the item is assessed as having a manufacturers fault, the return will be granted, and the return shipping cost will also be reimbursed to you.
